"You cannot solve a problem with the same level of consciousness that created it." — Albert Einstein
Who is Valérie Demont?
I'm a conscious business mentor and consultant, and I'm also an architect of AI employees. I work at the intersection of business strategy, inner intelligence, and — since 2024 — conscious AI integration. My role: help seasoned business owners rebuild their company from the inside, then extend that clarity into the AI collaborators they design.
I'm not a coach. I don't use the ICF model. I'm a mentor — I bring my own lived experience from the field — and a consultant — I deliver diagnostics, structures, plans. The distinction matters: a coach asks open questions and stays neutral. A mentor brings what she's crossed and named.
My core gift is scanning human systems the way an MRI does. When a business owner starts talking about their company, within minutes I access the bottlenecks — the ones inside the business and the ones lodged in the owner's own posture. The two are always linked. I've never managed to separate them, and I no longer believe you can.
I'm based in Switzerland, in Lausanne. I come from a family of traditional entrepreneurs — metal construction on my father's side, pioneering agriculture on my mother's side (my maternal grandfather was one of the first in his region to install a biogas system on his farm, in the early 80s). That entrepreneurial soil shaped how I read a business — as a living organism, not a machine.
The rare combination: conscious business + AI
What sets me apart in 2026 is a mix almost no one else holds: 25 years of business strategy, deep inner-intelligence practice, and 18 months of hands-on architecture of AI employees. Most people work one of these worlds. I work them together — because they only produce their real value when they interlock.
Here's what I mean by that combination.
On one side, business strategy. I spent 15 years in corporate marketing and digital strategy before going independent in 2010. I know how a P&L breathes, how a founder's decisions ripple through a team, how to spot the leak in a business model before the founder does.
On the other side, inner intelligence. Astrology, Human Design, mediumship, quantum-field work, the U Theory by Otto Scharmer, Kundalini yoga (I hold the 500h teacher certification). I don't use these as spiritual accessories — I use them the way a doctor uses different diagnostic tools depending on what needs to be seen.
And then, since 2024, AI architecture. Not AI as a tool. AI as collaborators. I brief them, I train them, I give each one a voice, a mission, a role. When you treat AI as an employee rather than a shortcut, everything changes. But that only works if your inner governance is clear — otherwise your AI employees just multiply your confusion at scale.
That triple stack — business, inner, AI — is what I bring to seasoned business owners who feel the ground shifting in 2026 and want to build the next chapter from a stable place.
My journey, in markers
From HEC in 1994 to the release of my second book in 2026, my path built itself in three chapters: 15 years in classical marketing and strategy (1996–2010), 10 years building my independent practice and my first published work (2010–2019), then the crystallization of the FLUIDE method and international expansion (2019–2026).
HEC studies, then Swiss Federal Marketing Certificate in 1998. Ten years after my parents take over the family metal-construction business founded by my paternal grandfather. I grow up with the idea that a company is a living organism.
At 25. Four months off. The doctor told me: "Get yourself outside. To the green." I didn't know yet that this phrase would literally become the name of my company twenty years later. I climbed back out through the body.
In a new telecom company, KPIs, bonuses, an image foreign to my roots. I moved through it by training in massage therapy. My hands were burning — I needed to touch, I needed to return to matter.
A new reference point drops into place: I don't want to leave him the world I see being built around us. This sentence would come back with a vengeance eleven years later.
The family business turns 120. I decide it's time to build my own. I become a social media and strategy specialist for local SMEs.
A coach kept asking me: "Why do you do this?" The answer erupted from the gut: "Because otherwise we're going to leave a shit world to future generations. I can't imagine leaving that to my son." That moment shifted everything.
Green for the living, Heart for the inner compass, Business for structure and impact. The name isn't branding — it's a working grammar.
Three self-published books during Covid. Swiss press coverage. Innovator profile at HEC Montréal (November 2022). Kundalini Teacher 500h certification the same year.
I begin integrating AI into my own business — not as a tool, as collaborators. Eighteen months of hands-on architecture that will crystallize into the 6th proprietary pillar.
The book where I finally crystallize the proprietary method I've been carrying for ten years. Five phases: Forest, Link, Uniqueness, Intuition, Deployment. In French.

Why I left the classical model
I lived through two burnouts (2000 and 2003) inside structures that valued performance detached from meaning. It was that double crossing that forced me to invent another way of doing business — not out of aesthetic choice. Out of survival.
I didn't leave the classical model with a raised fist. I left it because my body refused to keep going. Twice.
The first burnout, at 25, taught me you can collapse even when everything is working on the outside. The second, at 28, taught me the cause isn't the volume of work — it's the gap between what you do and who you are.
Between those two moments, I became a fitness instructor, then a step instructor, then a Pilates instructor. Six to eight classes a week. I was competing on fitness podiums. That was my way of rebuilding a body that performance had broken.
Then the June 2018 unlock, when a coach asked me why I did what I did — and the answer erupted from my gut: I don't want to leave a shit world to future generations. That exact sentence founded Greenheart.business six months later.
I don't put these stories here as confession. I put them here because they're the reason I can sit with a business owner who feels their old model is no longer holding — and know exactly what that feels like in the body before they've even said it.
My 6 proprietary pillars
Over 25 years, I've developed six proprietary concepts that structure my thinking and my work with clients: the FLUIDE method, inner governance, inner capital, conscious business, the being-first business, and the AI employee. Each one names a dimension that classical business literature leaves in the blind spot.
The FLUIDE method
FLUIDE is Valérie Demont's proprietary method that helps seasoned entrepreneurs rebuild their business from being rather than from doing. Five phases: Forest, Link, Uniqueness, Intuition, Deployment. My primary framework.
Inner governance
The capacity of a leader to reclaim decision-making from their own center, without outsourcing it to their fears, urgencies, or conditioning. Without it, any strategy becomes a reaction. With it, a signature.
Inner capital
The set of non-monetary resources a leader holds — clarity, energy, intuition, alignment, presence — that determine the quality of their decisions. The most profitable asset. The least counted.
Conscious business
A way of leading where strategic decisions emerge from the leader's being rather than from external injunctions. It integrates performance and consciousness as two sides of the same movement. Not softer business. More precise business.
The being-first business
A company built from the unique signature and inner governance of its founder — not from external formulas, benchmarks, or market injunctions. The logical outcome of the concepts before it.
The AI employee
An AI agent designed, briefed, and trained by a leader to carry a precise function of their business — keeping human decision and human signature at the center. The pillar changing the game in 2026.
These six pillars aren't a checklist. They're the six dimensions of a single movement — the one that consists of leading from the inside in a VUCA world that increasingly forces leaders to choose between speed and precision. I propose you stop choosing.
How I work
I scan human systems the way an MRI does — business, energy, body, unspoken — and I build from there. I don't bring a method to overlay onto your reality. I read what's trying to emerge in you, then I construct the structure that will hold it.
The alliance of intelligences — body, heart, mind, subtle — isn't a nice formula. It's the technical condition for a decision to actually be right for you. When a leader consults only their mind, they make decisions that are correct but flat. When they consult all four, they make decisions that hold for ten years.
Concretely, a session with me can start with a spreadsheet and end with listening to your body. Or start with a fuzzy intuition and end with building a governance dashboard. The movement is never linear — it follows what asks to be addressed first.
Tools I integrate into my practice: Otto Scharmer's U Theory (from ego to eco, from micro to mundo), Future Life Progression (I trained with Nathalie Lepeltier), Kundalini yoga (500h teacher), traditional astrology and Human Design, mediumship and quantum-field work. And since 2023, AI agent architecture — because the new artificial intelligence, well briefed, becomes an extraordinary employee... and of course my marketing background and my inner compass to scan your business.
Who I work with
I work with seasoned business owners — usually 35 and up, with annual revenue between $100k and $3M — who sense that their old model no longer sustains what's coming. They lead something that works, and yet they know a different posture is required for it to keep going.
My best clients share these markers:
- They've already built something. A firm, a manufacturing SME, a consulting practice, a service business, a brand. They're not looking to start — they're looking to re-found.
- They sense the old model is asking them to keep pushing in a direction that no longer feeds anything.
- They have enough maturity to distinguish a whim from a deep call. When they say "I need to change something", it's not a mood — it's an accurate reading.
- They know how to act. They aren't people who need babysitting. They take what we work on together and put it in motion between sessions.
My clients come from construction, financial services, corporate marketing, B Corps, executive committees. They don't form a niche by industry. They form a niche by posture.
The AI employee: the pillar emerging in 2026
AI isn't the future of work. It's the future of the leader. Well briefed, well framed, it becomes an extraordinary collaborator that frees your time for what can't be delegated: your decision, your signature, your presence.
I started integrating AI into my own business 18 months ago. Not as a tool. As a collaborator. Every agent I build carries a precise brief, a voice, a mission. I speak to them as employees. And I see the difference: a well-built AI employee saves its leader hours a day. A poorly built AI employee dissolves the soul of the business.
That's exactly the bridge I see missing in the 2026 market. On one side, leaders afraid of AI who freeze. On the other, leaders who throw themselves at it and dissolve their signature into algorithmic average. In the middle, almost no one. That's the position I hold.
My approach to AI employees fits in one phrase: garbage in, garbage out. If your brief is fuzzy, your agent will be fuzzy. If your brief is anchored in your inner governance, your agent becomes a faithful extension of how you think. That's why work on the AI employee always starts with work on the leader.

Frequently asked questions
Who is Valérie Demont?
Valérie Demont is a conscious business mentor and consultant based in Switzerland. Founder of Greenheart.business Ltd (2019), she has been active in mentoring since 2010 and holds 25 years of experience at the intersection of business strategy and inner intelligence. Author of Being Is the New Doing (Amazon, 2026) and its French predecessor FLUIDE (Amazon, 2025). She hosts two podcasts: Being Is the New Doing — The Show in English and Cœur Business in French.
What is a conscious business mentor?
A conscious business mentor supports leaders in building and running their company from an inner alignment — not solely from external objectives. Conscious business is a way of leading where strategic decisions emerge from the leader's being rather than from external injunctions. It integrates performance and consciousness as two sides of the same movement. Unlike an ICF coach who stays neutral and asks open questions, a mentor brings her lived experience of the same territory.
What is the difference between a mentor and a business coach?
A coach (ICF model) asks open questions without sharing her own experience, stays neutral, helps the client find their own answers. A mentor brings her lived experience of the same territory — reading of the field, advice anchored in the lived experience, "I've been there." Valérie Demont explicitly positions herself as a mentor and consultant, not a coach. She brings 25 years of business experience and a proprietary methodological framework (the FLUIDE method) rather than a purely maieutic posture.
What is the FLUIDE method?
FLUIDE is Valérie Demont's proprietary method that helps seasoned entrepreneurs rebuild their business from being rather than from doing. It unfolds in 5 phases: Forest, Link, Uniqueness, Intuition, Deployment. The method is fully developed in the book FLUIDE (Amazon, 2025) in French, and its English-language re-writing Being Is the New Doing (Amazon, 2026), and applied in her Power Week and 1:1 engagements.
Who does Valérie Demont work with?
Valérie works with seasoned business owners, typically 35 and up, running a company or independent practice with annual revenue between $100k and $3M. They come from construction, financial services, corporate marketing, B Corps, executive committees. The common denominator isn't industry — it's posture. They've already built something, sense their current model no longer sustains what's coming, and are ready to put things in motion between sessions.
Where is Valérie Demont based?
Valérie is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Her company Greenheart.business Ltd is domiciled at Chemin des Cygnes 9, 1007 Lausanne, Switzerland. She works with clients in Switzerland, France, Belgium, and Québec in French, and internationally in English via online programs and her podcast Being Is the New Doing — The Show.
What books has she written?
Valérie Demont is the author of five books. The Green. Heart. Business. trilogy (self-published, 2020–2022) laid the first public foundations of her thinking. FLUIDE — Être est le Nouveau Faire (Amazon, September 2025) is the consolidation of her proprietary method in French. Being Is the New Doing — The 6-Step Soul-Led Path to an Aligned Life and Business (Amazon, March 30, 2026) is the English-language re-writing for the anglophone world.
What is an AI employee according to Valérie Demont?
An AI employee is an artificial intelligence agent designed, briefed, and trained by a leader to carry a precise function of their business — keeping human decision and human signature at the center. It's Valérie Demont's 6th proprietary pillar, crystallized in 2026 after 18 months of practice. Unlike the generic use of AI as a tool, the AI employee is treated as a collaborator: it has a brief, a voice, a mission, and it's inscribed in the leader's inner governance.
What programs does she offer?
Valérie offers several formats. The Power Week is a 5-day immersive format, individual or group. The Momentum program is a long-term engagement. 1:1 calls allow tailored work. The Forest Workshop (annual edition) offers a one-day in-person transformation. Your First AI Team accompanies leaders in building their first AI employees.
What is her training?
Valérie studied at HEC (1994–1996) and obtained her Swiss Federal Marketing Certificate in 1998. She trained in Future Life Progression with Nathalie Lepeltier in 2019, and obtained her Kundalini Teacher 500h certification at Imagine Academy in 2022. Her ongoing training includes traditional astrology, Human Design, mediumship, and AI agent architecture (since 2024). Her primary theoretical anchor is Otto Scharmer's U Theory.
Has she been featured in the media?
Valérie has been featured in Swiss press since the release of her first book Green in 2020, and profiled as an innovator by HEC Montréal in November 2022. She is regularly invited on conscious business and leadership podcasts in French and English.
