Media & Press | Valérie Demont — Interviews, Podcasts & Editorial

Valérie Demont is a business mentor and strategist, author of Being Is the New Doing (Amazon, March 2026), and founder of Greenheart.business Sàrl in Lausanne, Switzerland. Since 2010, she has been working with seasoned entrepreneurs, founders, and executives who are ready to lead their business from a different operating system, one where being is the source and doing is what naturally follows.

Her work sits at an intersection most people force you to choose between: twenty-five years of hard-earned business strategy, deep inner sovereignty and intuition as decision-making tools, and AI architecture as a conscious ally. Her podcast interviews and editorial pieces go there, in one conversation, with the practical ground of someone who has built the businesses she talks about.

Topics

What I speak about.

These are the topics that come alive in my voice. They can be woven into a single episode, a keynote, or a written piece. Most hosts pick two or three, and let the conversation find its shape from there.

  • Being Is the New Doing: the shift from performance-led leadership to being-led leadership, and why it changes results.
  • The FLUIDE method: the six-step path to an aligned life and business, and the operating system that supports it.
  • Inner governance and inner capital: what they are, and how they change every decision an entrepreneur makes.
  • AI Employees, not AI tools: why the shift in language changes everything, and the levels of AI Employees I’ve mapped (from basic assistant to what I call a connected autonomous director).
  • The Grand Chambellan case study: a live example of a Level 4 AI Employee that sorts my inbox every morning at 8:03, and what it took to actually build it.
  • The bridge: why inner governance and AI architecture are the same practice on two sides of the mirror. The clarity you have inside is the clarity your AI can act on outside.
  • The ‘job description plus how-to’ framework: how I configure any AI Employee, and why the job description is inner governance written on paper.
  • Intuition as a strategic tool: how to tell the difference between intuition, fear, and wishful thinking, and how to use it in real business decisions.
  • Burnout, awakening, and the honest cost of the traditional entrepreneurial path.
  • Conscious business, right rhythm, and the space to think clearly again.
  • Numerology, timelines, and the invisible timing beneath aligned decisions.
  • Reinvention and reconversion: what changes when a founder rebuilds their business from the inside out.

Languages: English and French. Formats: Podcast (20 to 90 min), editorial interview, op-ed, keynote, roundtable, masterclass, in person and remote.

Ten interview questions I'm always ready to answer

These questions are here as inspiration. Pick the ones that fit your audience, or use them to spark your own line of questioning.

    1. Your book Being Is the New Doing came out in March 2026, and since then you’ve been building AI Employees like the Grand Chambellan. How do these two worlds, being-led leadership and AI architecture, live together in your daily practice, and why do you say they’re the same practice on two sides of the mirror?
    2. You often say that AI has always been part of you. What do you mean by that, and how does it change the way you approach AI compared to entrepreneurs who see it as a trend they need to catch up with?
    3. You call them AI Employees, not AI tools. Why that specific shift in language, and what does it change in the way someone actually works with AI on a daily basis?
    4. You’ve mapped out levels of AI Employees, from a basic assistant to what you call a Level 4 ‘connected autonomous director’ like your Grand Chambellan. Walk us through those levels, and tell us where most entrepreneurs get stuck.
    5. Your signature idea is that AI doesn’t sort better than the clarity you give it. Garbage in, garbage out. What does that mean in practice, and how does it link back to inner governance?
    6. You’ve built a framework you call ‘job description plus how-to’ to configure an AI Employee. Walk us through it, and tell us why you say a job description is inner governance written on paper.
    7. What is the FLUIDE method in your own words, and how does the AI Employee approach make it more accessible for entrepreneurs who thought spaciousness was a luxury they couldn’t afford?
    8. You guide entrepreneurs into intuitive, presence-led decisions. How can someone tell the difference between intuition, fear, and wishful thinking, and how does working with an AI Employee sharpen or blur that muscle?
    9. AI raises real questions for entrepreneurs about what makes them essentially human. What do you see happening for your clients who take the AI Employee path from a centered place, and how does it reshape their relationship to their own work?
    10. For someone listening who feels exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure where AI even fits in their business, what is the first small step they can take today to start building their own team of AI Employees, without losing themselves in the process?

    FAQ

Frequently asked questions from hosts and editors

What topics does Valérie speak about?

Being-led leadership, the FLUIDE method, conscious business, intuition as a decision-making tool, the AI Employee approach as a hands-on practice, the bridge between inner governance and AI architecture, burnout and awakening, and the invisible timing beneath aligned decisions. She speaks in English and French.

What is the FLUIDE method in a few words?

FLUIDE is a proprietary six-step method that helps entrepreneurs reconnect the way they act in business with their inner intelligence, so their decisions land more accurately, their pace becomes sustainable, and their growth aligns with who they truly are.

    What has she published?

FLUIDE, Être est le Nouveau Faire (Amazon, September 2025, French), and Being Is the New Doing, The 6-Step Soul-Led Path to an Aligned Life and Business (Amazon, March 2026, English).

Where and to whom does she speak?

Based in Lausanne, Switzerland. She works with English- and French-speaking audiences worldwide (US, UK, Canada, Australia, France, Belgium, Switzerland). Available in person and remotely.

How is her approach different from coaching?

She is not a coach. She is a mentor and strategist. She works on the entrepreneur’s inner posture, not on techniques or tools. Her premise: the place from which you act, not the how of it, is what determines the quality and sustainability of your results.

    What formats does she offer?

Podcast guest (20 to 90 min), editorial interview, op-ed, keynote, roundtable, and masterclass. She adapts to the format constraints and audience of each media outlet or event.

Is she available for English-language shows and events?

Yes. Her book Being Is the New Doing was published in English in March 2026, and she is actively touring English-language podcasts and stages through 2026 and 2027. All formats are available in English.

Thank you for reading this far. If your project has landed on this page, there’s a good chance we already share something in the way we see business, leadership, and the world we’re building.

I look forward to reading your proposal.
